
As well as the general Strength Training classes, Armature runs a Personalised Strength program and also offers 1:1 Strength sessions.
Personalised Strength
Run by Coach Edwina Ewins, the Personalised Strength program involves two sessions/week – one for upper body and one for lower body. All clients have a program and record it old-school style on paper. Tracking allows for the precision required to make sure weights are increasing appropriately.
Programs run for 10 weeks, but you can join at any time as Edwina will start you on your Week 1. Sessions are bought in 10 packs ($275) which last approximately five weeks (if attending to plan). There are eight session times per week to choose for attendance.
You can join this program from the Intro to Strength Course or through a single 1:1 Strength session with Edwina (or both!).

1:1 Strength sessions are for anyone wanting to join Strength Training classes and just need a little guidance or nudge to get going. They are also a pathway into the Personalised Strength program. They are also great if you aren’t sure what to do at Armature or for exercise and need some advice.
1:1 Strength can be booked online or through reception.
