Armature Education continues the principles of Armature itself – to combine the best of tried-and-true Strength Training science with the principles and delivery of Pilates-style classes. The best of both worlds!
Armature Education is fun, affordable and accessible with face-to-face workshops led by highly experienced Pilates instructors and Strength coaches Stephanie Sibel and Virginia Fric.
Workshops run throughout the year (every 6-8 weeks) at Armature Strength in Brunswick, Victoria. They start with a topical masterclass and then blend accessible theory/anatomy with practical application and peer workshopping. At their essence, they explore how strength training principles can enhance the repertoire and delivery of group reformer classes to create classes that stand out from the pack.
